Kendra Sorenson is a knowledgeable brunette, who at the age of twelve came to Fablehaven with her 11-year-old, pesky, and prankster of a brother named Seth. These Sorenson siblings had no clue of the beautiful magical world until the unfortunate death of their grandparents. It forced them to stay with their other grandparents that they had never met before. Their grandfather let them find out the secrets of Fablehaven. They figured out the special traits of Fablehaven by drinking milk from a giant cow named Viola. They were on the reserve, sanctuary for magical creatures, on a night that would ruin Fablehaven forever. In Fablehaven all fairies love to admire themselves in a mirror and in the actual book it happens to Kendrawhile in the pool. She brought a mirror out and all bugs and birds in the bright garden swarmed the mirror. The next time you swat a fly, kill a mosquito, or any other winged insect think twice! You might be killing a fairy!
